A single ray...

Not quite the image I was planning when I headed up Blackford Hill this evening. I was hoping for some breaks in the clouds allowing the hills to be lit up by rays of light coming out of the sun, however, the heavy cloud and mist surrounding the city put paid to that idea. However, I did get one sun ray appear in the 20 minutes i was up there so I can use this as a banker shot for the weekly blip challenge theme of RAY.

I'm hoping to get something better toward the weekend as I have been asked to photograph an event early on Sunday morning (early being 5:30am) so with a bit of luck I may get something special, especially as I am going to christen the tent this weekend..
