Dem bones

Away with my trimming family, helping with the running of a 3-day workshop... Which I cannot recommend enough! Teaching horse owners pretty much everything about the hoof and keeping your horse successfully barefoot.

Here, we were having a detailed discussion about each of the bones in the lower leg and hoof. How each one functions and the pathologies that can occur. This is just a tiny part of the huge amount of knowledge and debunking that happens over 3 days.

It's nice to be able to observe horse owners learning, seeing the many light bulb moments and to be able to be a part of that learning.

Gorgeous has done a fabby job of running the ranch and sending lots of photos whilst I'm away.
