London Life: Traffic...

....there are not 2 words that strikes more fear into a London car driver than 'North' and 'Circular', although its been on of those day (a) it rained for most of the day and spoilt all the plans I had and (b) my emergency blip finds one of London's worst roads as quiet as I have ever seen it.

I give up, I'm off to watch the last episode of Shameless.
