Another day

Thankfully, David had recovered by this morning.

The whole group was ready to leave before 0900. We travelled gradually towards our next destination.

At lunchtime, we sat in a square for lunch. This bride and groom came for photographs. I loved this moment when he touched her cheek. A small unrelated child looked on.

Later in the day I met the couple and they were happy to be photographed again.

The towns here all show signs of earthquake damage with various amounts of restoration. It is fascinating.

My extra is one of the many wonderful shadows.

Our new residence is an old farmhouse. The plumbing is a bit challenging. The shower did not drain away and then the water turned cold….. oh joy!

We had a great meal out tonight.
