Where are the people?

I'm having to back Blip this as it hasn't loaded from my phone.

I was down in town and this is on the front in Douglas not far from Strand Street, the main shopping street.  I was struck by how few people there are.  In my original post I speculated that there would be a 'few' more people once the TT fortnight started.
