Wedding Day

Someone told me they were coming to a wedding near us. I heard music across the water and thinking maybe today was the day I might get a surprise shot of them. Sadly not, but this wedding party (outdoor) had seven grooms men and six bridesmaids. Fancy.

Giving up, I heard chatter close by and was surprised to see this female Oriole not 20 feet away. I grabbed my chance for a shot. By accident I noticed afterwards, my aperture was f14, so lots of dof, but because subject and background were far apart, the bird still had plenty of isolation. Must remember that. So glad it worked out.
