A morning of work, mostly. Although not without its mishaps - oops! I ought to pay more attention, really I ought.

She was out with Her lad getting essentials that can't be bought in Sydney so I battered around the Meadows with the pup for 40 minutes before heading on to Alex's annual diabetes check up. 1m 80cm and still months away from 13 - eep! 

HIs HB1CA or whatever it's called was 73.8 - just under the 75 required before sanctions kick in.  A combination of PDM malfunctions and puberty are not helping the cause just now. But mostly good. The scheduled Dexcom thing is good though

Then back to Her's; it was too late to consider doing any work so more dog walking before the Persiana pork stew got an outing.
