A super walk with a friend out the Millenium Track this afternoon .
Jill I played golf at 8.30am - the first time since my cataract surgery- it was so good seeing where the ball went! However, it didn’t improve my golf!

A good catch up with our neighbours over a GnT at 5.30 - we hadn’t caught up  just the 4 of us, all year!
