Park run ( bark walk) was stunning , warm and lush . I felt like I was back in New Zealand with the enormous ferns and towering green trees and sunshine . Mike is still a serious flopsy bunny and needed to lie down after a 45 min stroll , this flu has floored him.
Mums 81st birthday today , they are on the Isle of Wight for a hol and dad’s struggling with his health. Our health is our wealth without a shadow of a doubt . Glad I’m heading over in a few weeks for a visit .
