Man Friday's Home?

This beach, below Branscombe, was deserted for the most part.  Occasionally someone would stroll along, but it could have been intended for Castaway.  In fact, Mrs B found out later that the area just to the left of this cottage was a naturists' area.

In the Extra is the same beach and cottage but taken from the beach.

I didn't get out to get some photos today: we didn't hit West Bay after Mass, reckoning that it would be heaving with tourists (:-)); and this afternoon we spent a bit of time talking to a neighbour whose wife died during the week – after 56 years of marriage.  He had a chest infection of some sort which his wife caught, and being of a fragile constitution the resulting pneumonia was fatal.  They were given excellent service by the NHS, though.
