Posing

This morning I went up the Country Park to try out my new camera with its long lens. Unfortunately it was very cloudy and there were no bugs / butterflies around, but I did get a photo of a wren hiding in a tree (see Extra). When I got home I thought I’d try to get a photo of a blue tit parent emerging from the box after delivering food (see Extra). As I was waiting, a Robin perched on a post nearby, almost asking for its photo to be taken, so it would be rude not to. This afternoon I watched the first hour of the camera tutorial, which was very useful as it was all about navigating around the camera. I also enjoyed some matches on the first day of the French Open.
