My sister Anna and I were stood up by the other sisters this morning. We went out for brunch because that was the plan, and there was no food in the house. We popped to the shops afterwards and saw this product on the shelf. We did not buy any.

My nephew, Joel, (Anna’s son) offered to take us out for a dog walk this afternoon, which we enjoyed. We went to Cod Beck near Osmotherley.

I had a run late this afternoon, and we have spent the evening shredding documents.
