The Heart of a Poppy for Rosemary

… whose memorial service it was this afternoon. The church was full, very rare for a 95 year old. Just shows what a lovable, eccentric, if stubborn, character she was. The eulogies were spot on and made people laugh rather than cry. It was great to see the many old friends and Rosemary’s family for the tea afterwards. Meanwhile our family have gone home and we are both really tired. Goodnight.
