Catching the rays

Mr Tibbs seemed determined to get that but under his chin bathed in the last of the sun’s rays streaming in through the living room window :-))
Another busy-ish day in the garden - more fence/trellis painting, planted up a couple of troughs with sweet peas grown from seed which I’m hoping will find their way up the trellis I’ve attached to the fence. Used the nail gun for the first time, very satisfying! Watered all the plants once the sun was a bit lower and spotted a LOT of ants swarming all over the peony buds but my friend Mr Google tells me they’re only after the nectar the buds secrete and won’t cause any damage to the blooms.
