Dwarfing the Landscape

A lovely sunny morning, cloudy afternoon, sunny around teatime, then a cloudy evening.  Breezy but dry.

Up early, headed out walkies after breakfast.  Popped by Madeline's to see them before they head away on their holidays.  Some time spent in the garden, and friend Julie popped by.  Me, peerie Brian and Julie headed to the Aith Sunday Teas in the afternoon.  Met Julie again for walkies this evening.  Off to bed early.   The suspected bomb results came in today, a device used by NATO on training exercises, not a bomb.  There was a controlled explosion this morning.

A lovely afternoon at the Sunday Teas, and a trip to the charity shop for a look too.  We headed for a run while out west, but sadly our views were interrupted with more turbines going up.  The size of these bruts are unreal, they really are too big for such a small island, and really are dwarfing the landscape.  I feel for the folk that have to look out to this view now.  Taken in the Vementry road, Aith.
