Lazy Sunday

Gill is laid up with a knee problem, so I took myself down to the beach at low tide this morning. It may not look like it here, but the beach was fairly busy.

In the afternoon we had a very gentle walk in Fullarton Woods and this evening we enjoyed a meal of tapas in the local Spanish restaurant.
