Thames Barrier

Overnight stay in London to collect family and some of their belongs and to take them back to our home.
Weather was perfect for play areas and a walk around London. There was a ‘Comic Character Convention’ underway (unsure of correct title!), but basically there were hundreds of individuals gathered dressed up as various ‘comic characters’. This was quite a spectacular sight , although I had no idea as to which characters they were! All very elaborate, much money, time snd commitment was evident! I regret not taking any pictures of it though !!
