Poppy

The poppies are out and I thought I'd see if I could catch one against the blue sky.   Mission accomplished!  The skies finally parted enough for the sun to come out around 2 pm.   I sat outside and read my book for a few hours.  It was nice to just sit outside and drink my tea and read.    We are having friends over tomorrow to celebrate Memorial day.   Many thanks to those who have served their Country and those who died so we could be free.
