Treats

With not being able to run at the moment, I’d planned a day on the kayak with Ali. We got on our gear and drove down to the river but I accidentally dropped the pump and it smashed the plug that hooks it up to the car battery. Boo!

Still wanting to be outside, we changed plans and I rode the bike while Ali ran. The way my luck is going at the moment, I fully expected a puncture. But it made it and we treated ourselves to an ice-cream afterwards.

Shrewsbury blippers, I would fully recommend the new gelato shop at St Julian’s. The flavours are incredible. Well worth a visit!
