Hawthorn

We had a family meal at The Village Inn At Bridge of Earn. It was very good. The menu had a good few things I would have liked but opted for the Sunday roast. The portions were a good size and reasonably priced. We had a separate room as there was 8 of us which was good. It’s all freshly decorated with the exposed walls of the old building. First time here and We will be back.

As it was a lovely day and we didn’t need tea had an evening walk. The Hawthorn is absolutely stunning this year. This part of the walk had the trees on both sides and it was like walking into a long tunnel of white with the gorgeous smell too.

Looks like a stonker of a week weather wise. We have Broooos on Tuesday evening at murrayfield and I feel the excitement starting already.
