Rewards

This week I've been studying strategic compensation - Don't know why I left the least rewarding bit of my readings to be the last but apparently I did. Though it was partly interesting, like the motivation theories. Even though it always makes me uneasy to combine motivation and compensation.

However, this chair and the two other ones I have are my rewards. I decided when I'm done with my exam I will reward myself by having some fun: Scraping and repainting and staining. I love the fact that the vinyls on the seatings are in perfect shape.

Two days of just rain - good for me but not fun for the kids.
