Bank holiday Monday

Sunny with a pleasure breeze. Got the dogs out for an early walk so they didn't get too hot. I just wonder how hot Dina would get before she stopped running, 2 river dips and a spray down when we got home.
Decided to go for a run to clear my head. First stop Jubilee Rock and looked out towards the north coast. Got to the 5k turning and decided I needed longer so continued further onto the moor.
Some child is going to be chilly messing about in the water, rescued the wet suit and put it somewhere safer but obvious.
Next stop listening to the cuckoo and watching some damselflies, one stayed still enough for this shot.
