Salvia

Today has been a bit of a disaster. Yes, it was warm and the sun shone but I walked too far yesterday and my knee was agony. Add to that I was cold, shivery and rather headachy which I think may have been caused by my covid booster shot.  Spent the day wrapped up on the sofa drinking lots of water and watching television on my ipad, something I hardly ever do. Nearly forgot a blip but there was a pot of salvia  just outside the kitchen door. I'm hoping I will be better tomorrow as I want to go to Muircot to lunch with Margaret and Linda. It will entail driving but not walking so fingers crossed.
