Dew Drops....!

Glistening like diamonds in the early morning sunshine...!!

We’ve had another glorious day...we could really get used to this lovely weather!!

I made Apricot Jam today...it’s not going to set...!!
It’s a difficult jam to get ‘just right’...but slightly runny or not it tastes great and is a real favorite of mine..
I will make a Frangipane Bakewell Tart with one pot of it!!
