Out early for a coffee with Ma in Gail’s. I didn’t realise until we got there but she’s mostly up to normal speed now!

Later on I met the Diamonds in Reading for an afternoon of fun. Picnic and birthday cake in Forbury for Annie’s belated birthday, then an escape room. We escaped with 15 mins to spare, by somehow skipping a huge section in a way they’d apparently never seen before. We’re still a little unsure what happened and how we managed that.

Stopped for a drink in the sun at Blue Collar, then went for some more drinks and some food in Calico. More drinks at Cocktail Club, then some more for good measure in Slug & Lettuce.

I’d planned to be home by 7-8ish and got home after 11. Oops.
