If in doubt, blip cake

This is premurska gibanica, a 'protected' Slovenian layer cake brought from home by one of my team who has just been back in Slovenian doing her viva and seeing her family in Prekmurje (the one bit of Slovenia I have never visited).

It was delicious and, like all cakes, made a great blip subject on a busy day.

Unfortunately, as I've had a bit of a dodgy stomach for a few days, maybe it wasn't the best day to eat cake. But finally, after a bit of a rough night, I'm feeling better today.
