Report of Janette Harley Award success
Every fortnight Edinburgh Napier University issues a newsletter called Bones*. P2P project team member Hazel Hall, and Bethany Ray, who plays her great-great aunt Lorna Lloyd in our podcast series of the Diary of the war (previously blipped in full in the LornaL journal), feature in the current issue.
The 'Photo of the fortnight' shows Lord Salisbury, Patron of the British Records Association, congratulating Hazel and Bethany on the podcast series. It was judged 'highly commended' as a runner-up for the 2022 Janette Harley Award at a ceremony at Lambeth Palace on 10th May.
For further information on the award, the ceremony, the other awardees, and some more photographs from the event, please head over to the post about the evening on Hazel's blog at http://hazelhall.org.
PS We're still hoping that our blipfriends might be able to supply a few more location photographs.
*The name derives from Napier's Bones.
