Power Food

Been another glorious day here. Pity I had to spend in the home office in and out of teams meetings.

Had a morning dang walk and an evening walk with the work sandwiches in between.

Made L her dinner of pasta for gymnastics session tonight. MrsT had her car at the garage for a recall so had a nice courtesy car. She might get the taste for a new car. Oops.

Got badminton tonight for the first time in 3 weeks.
