They bought it in  the carpentry workshop in the specialty of the open air museum in Schoonoord.

Here they show the living of the past and the lives of the inhabitants of Drenthe in the past in various ways. The turf hut is the most primitive housing. The common thread through the museum shows an increasingly 'modern' habitation. There are also a graphic printing company, school, café-farm, sawmill, blacksmith shop, Saxon farm with boiler room, prison, carpentry workshop, church, keuterie, inn and a few exhibition buildings.
