Peering
I don't often have a camera in my hand when our robin perches on this feeder support pole, but today was an exception, first thing this morning. I worried that the bird's head had blended with the smoky cottonbush behind, but there seems to be enough separation for a blip. This little chap seems to enjoy landing on the "crook" of the pole and balancing while it springs back and forth.
And in the Extra, a Highways Agency bowser cruised our little lane clearing drains. However, they missed the one that was blocked, about 100m in front of them as this vehicle travels up the hill. Sigh.
So I've completed another form on the Dorset Council's website . . .
