Back to work today. Interesting to contrast the mental tiredness I feel this evening with the physical tiredness I felt after a day of allotment work and dog walking.

I managed a quick trip to the allotment at lunchtime to contemplate the impact of my labours these past 3 or 4 days, and to enjoy the chamomile which is growing abundantly. I crushed some of the flowers in my hands to bring some of its loveliness home with me.
