2 shots of espresso

That's the key ingredient here, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it - beautiful. Unfortunately, that was the last of my May beans* from HasBean so I had to nip down the road to pick up some new ones from my local supplier of fine coffees (and beans). Phew, that was close.

Oh and there's another shot in the icing, so just as well I went.




* El Salvador Monserrat Washed Bourbon - I reckon they are second only to the ones I had in month 1 which were described as perfection in a cup
