Tuesday trees

OK so day one of a new routine - to take a prolonged walk to work (my Jersey office) to try new routes and to be mindful. Today I took time to look at the shrubs and trees either side of a busy road system. These trees are so easy to ignore despite their size and part of the imposing fort in the background. There is a wall of fuchsias in extras.

Second part of new routine is to get to my desk early and write for one hour - no more, no less, no distractions. It worked a treat and then at 8.30 I stopped, got myself a coffee and got stuck into the day job!
