Avalanche aftermath

We drove up the canyon to take a look at Bridal Veil Falls, which had an avalanche during the winter. There is a big pile of debris at the bottom, about 15 feet high at its tallest. You can see the river, which is going under the debris, on either side of the debris. 
The extra is my first peony blossom this year, a few days later than usual.
