Summer Hockey Begins...

... and so the injuries too.

My stick got a bit destroyed at beach hockey on Saturday. But I hadn't noticed there was a nail sticking out the top of it! Thank you @GraysHockey for putting nails in the stick to hold the grip on!

Didn't feel the cut while I was playing, but there was an impressive amount of blood covering my hand and, at least, a ten inch deep gouge. Yeah SRSLY.

Emergency averted though, a team-mate had tape to fix my stick, wrap up my hand, and they had a bottle of man-up pills. Take one, twice-a-day.
