Oasis in the Desert

Stumbled across this quirky little place on the Strawberry River - "The Promised Land" campground, and the Strawberry Pinnacles. Hidden away at a junction of canyons with interesting rock formations towering above us. Some dirt roads follow the creeks and the Strawberry River, good for mountain biking, and walking tracks wind their way up some of the slopes, giving us good views down to our little red van and the green oasis.
