Blooming

I’ve had these stocks for nearly a week now and they’re still beautiful! I’ve just put them in clean water and snipped about a centimetre from the stems (at a 45° angle, of course) and repositioned them in the hall. They were in the sitting room and I’m the only one who has been haunting there this week, so now the Ards Man can have the joy of them too!

The weather has been brilliant this week, warm and sunny. The boat went back in the water today after it’s annual check-up, buffing and anti-fouling. All set for summer in Scotland!
