Plantlets

Back to work today, but campus is getting quieter as we head towards the end of term next week.

This is a shot of the plants we’re growing at the moment - tomatoes, cosmos, rudbeckia, ammi. They spend the hot days under the beach with a net curtain to shade them so they don’t dry out too quickly. We pinched out the cosmos the other day and side shoots are already developing so it won’t be long before they can be planted out. The tomatoes are ready too - next weekend.
