The weather continues

Seems a far more serious incident, than suggested in earlier reports. A man arrested for manslaughter. 2 youngsters dead. 8 others recovered from the sea

a.m. we met ‘P’ in Boscanova to say our farewells. Mr B then met a friend to have an easy hit (tennis) while I wasted time. Then we had an Aspall at 60 Million Postcards before returning home. I was hot and bothered by then.

Heard sirens and a helicopter hovering. Went on balcony to look. A police car and then an ambulance raced by. Transpired there was a ‘Major Incident’ on the beach below. There were reports of bodies in the water - but the latest reports (not verified) describe 3 teenagers getting dragged out to sea, (possibly dived from the Pier?), eventually rescued. One may have had CPR. 2 taken to hospital.
