Handsome Tofu

The white one on the square plate is a tofu and I put some soy source on it so that you can see the character. It means "man" because the brand name is "Otokomae Tofu (Handsome Tofu)"

Almost all of their tofu have funny boy's name like "Surfing Jonny" :-). When I see their products at supermarket, of course, their products have strong impact!

The name of this tofu is called "Ken chan, Melting Tenderly, ".

The tofu on this photo, Ken chan is my favorite of their products. They are very soft and delicious. There are also suggestions of topping on the package. I put sesame oil and salted kelp today, yum!
