Four-spotted Chaser

Another day of sunshine and heavy showers, and another round trip to Woodwalton Fen. This time I arrived before the rain, and had time for a short walk while Alex and Pete were finishing their last sample. So many Cuckoos and the first few dragonflies of the year. The Hairy Dragonflies were busy hawking along the ditch margins, but this Four-spotted Chaser was slightly more obliging.
