Furry Friend

Another ECB* at the end of a long workday that included a gym visit, but no walk. 

Rani spends most nights on a cushion near my bed, and loves following me around during the day. She never comes onto my lap and rarely sits next to me on the sofa, but stays just out of reach. 

She’s also happy in P‘s office, and doesn’t go far when we’re all in the garden. Being close to humans, but still on her own, seems to make her the most comfortable.
