Herb Robert

Geranium Robertianum

The herb robert has, as always, sprung up all over the garden, and as it dries in the draught conditions now developing, the leaves turn reddish brown and glow in the late afternoon sun. Today was our brightest day for a while: we are in the eastern strip of the country which has been obscured by cloud and whipped by chilly winds while the rest of you have been basking in the sun. I enjoyed being outside, potting on more tomato and brassica plants, as well as pulling up lots of goose grass and herb robert. There's an increasing amount to water too - watering is now a daily task again.
