I spent a good part of the afternoon following a tutorial on drawing koi in Procreate. I’m getting the hang of using layers to build up texture. Oddly satisfying, and it’s a lot easier to correct your mistakes than with paint and paper. There are a gazillion brushes to choose from; many are free, you can make them yourself, or, like adding Barbie accessories, you can buy Brush Sets til the cows come home.
