And they’re off

I spent most of the morning watching the bluetits fledge. I counted at least 7 , there may have been more before and after. They took quite a while,their little heads popping out, looking around, making a lot of noise and eventually out they would pop, and then they were silent and the next one started.
A cooler morning but by the afternoon it had turned into a scorcher.
Richard came over and had so lunch and we spent the rest of the afternoon in the garden, suncream was required :)
