Decapitated

We were hosing out the drain from the kitchen sink, as the water wasn't emptying very well, when the nozzle became stuck in the pipe. Despite a lot of tugging and wiggling, rodding, and emptying buckets of water down from the other end,  we couldn't shift it. So, we cut the end of the hosepipe leaving the nozzle and a bit of the pipe in the drain, replaced the cover and decided to return to the fray tomorrow. The plan is to connect the main hose to a pressure washer and see if we can dislodge the nozzle that way. Hopefully that will work, and work quickly, as I won't want to miss a minute of my team stopping City's pursuit of the treble in the FA Cup Final. In other news, I'm pleased to report that my car passed its MoT and so all is set fair for the trip to Le Mans next Thursday.
