Winter begins

It's still unusually mild - that being a relative thing. I had gloves and a beanie on, and shorts were still doable.

It was beautiful in the park. I happily trotted and used park benches and platforms to do some strength exercises. It was a social time too chatting with mates, acquaintances and strangers.

I'm grateful to be aging disgracefully. ;-)
