Encouragement

A sunny day so into the garden for some labouring before remembering just in time that the Black Rock Race was on this evening where around 1100 people, for a variety of reasons, get their feet wet while running a total of seven kilometers out into the Forth and back again. Clearly the free bottle of beer at the end of the race is the big attraction.
