Lakings of Louth

Our last day in Lincolnshire and we needed to buy some souvenirs. This butcher sells supremely good produce - and here's the reason. He knows where his beef comes from (down to the i-d of the individual cattle) and so do the customers. Quality control is second to none. We had no trouble at all spending the required £50 to qualify for a free cool bag. Top stuff.
