Comfort

Pork chops in mish-mash sauce*, with mash is the order of today. The weather is very damp, but we are toasty in our home and replete.

Mish-Mash sauce tonight involved apples, asparagus, red pepper, red onion and courgette, with a splash of vegetable stock and an unhealthy dollop of thick cream.
